Terms and Conditions

 

Same day Deliveries in New Zealand- The Flower Company is able to deliver flowers to most towns and suburbs in New Zealand within the same day. Deliveries to remote and rural areas may not occur same day due to delivery restrictions.

Orders received in our office by 1pm can be for same day delivery. If orders are received after this time and same day delivery is not possible they will be delivered the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday for same day delivery must be placed before 10am. There are NO deliveries on Sundays. All flowers are delivered fresh from local florists!

Overseas - Orders placed for delivery in another country are not guaranteed for same day. Most deliveries occur the next working day in that relevant country, or on the requested delivery date. Variations in flowers may occur due to seasonal availability.

Deliveries - In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order. (Non-delivery queries must be lodged with our office within 7 days). If you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order with a additional $10.00 delivery charge. If the recipient is not at the delivery address you have given, our expert couriers will do the best to leave the flowers in a safe location. If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will bring your flowers back to the executing florist and we will make contact with the recipient to arrange a new delivery time and date, in this situation we will charge an additional $10.00 delivery and admin fee.

Cancellations - If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $10.00 administration charge). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as the flowers and gifts will already be on the way. (This applies to all orders, placed via the Web Site)

Valentines Day - All orders are accepted and delivered however they must be received in our office before 12pm AEDT on Friday 12th February 2010 for guaranteed delivery for Valentines Weekend. Any orders received after this time will still be accepted and will be delivered on the next available courier run. Please note that there are no timed deliveries quaranteed on the days leading up to and including Valentines Day. Particular delivery times may be requested, however we cannot guarantee your request will be possible. In addition we will not be able to advise you if your request is possible or not prior to delivery.

Remember Valentines Day falls on a Sunday this year and some rural couriers may not be delivering over the weekend, so why not surprise them at the office on Friday the 12th ... or if your lucky enough to be spending the day together have the gift delivered direct to you and you can give it your special gift in person.

Please be aware that once you have placed your order, any changes to the original order will occur a $15.00 administration fee - Please check all details thoroughly before placing your order.

Easter Deliveries - The Flower Company Head Office will be closed from Good Friday (2nd April 2010) and will reopen on Tuesday (6th April 2010). Some deliveries can still be made providing they are placed well in advance. Please make sure you place your Easter Deliveries early so we can arrange to have them delivered by one of our professional and qualified florists. Any orders received while we are closed will be delivered on the next available delivery from the 14th April.

Mother's Day - All orders are accepted and delivered, but must be placed by the cut-off time for guaranteed delivery for Mother's Day (see below). There are no timed deliveries quaranteed on the days leading up to and including Mother's Day. Particular delivery times may be requested, however we cannot guarantee you request will be possible. In addition we will not be able to advise you if your request is possible or not prior to delivery. Please be aware that once you have placed your order, any changes to the original order will occur a $15.00 administration fee - Please check all details thoroughly before placing your order.

  • Product Substitution/Availability - Please note that with the volume of Mothers Day Flower orders, some flowers/products may be substituted based on availability per state. If this occurs we will fulfill the order to equal value if the selected flowers/products are unavailable
  • Sunday Deliveries - Can be requested however due to Area Coverage and Florist Closures they are NOT guaranteed. We will however do our best to accommodate your delivery date and your order will be delivered over the Saturday and Sunday of the Mothers Day weekend.
  • Cut Off for Guaranteed Deliveries - Orders placed after 5pm on Friday 7th May, 2010 will not be guaranteed for delivery on either the Saturday or Sunday of the Mothers Day weekend. However, every attempt will be made to deliver your order. Orders that cannot be delivered over the weekend will be delivered on the next available courier.

Fathers Day Deliveries - All orders are accepted and delivered but they must be received in our office before 2pm on the 4th September for guaranteed delivery for Fathers Day. There will only be limited deliveres made on Sunday 6th September, so it is best to presume your order will be delivered on Saturday 5th September. In addition no timed deliveries are guaranteed on the days leading up to Fathers Day.

Christmas Deliveries - All orders are accepted and delivered but they must be received in our office before 10pm on the 23rd December for guaranteed delivery for Christmas. There will be no deliveres made on Christmas Day 25th December, but only the days leading up to Christmas. In addition no timed deliveries are guaranteed on the days leading up to Christmas Day. Teleflora will be closed between the 25th and 29th December 2009, therefore there will be no guaranteed deliveries on these days. Any orders received during this period will be arranged for the next available delivery from the 29th December 2009. Please be aware that once you have placed your order, any changes to the original order will occur a $15.00 administration fee - Please check all details thoroughly before placing your order.

Images -Please note that images are for illustration purposes only. Delivered products may exhibit some variations due to seasonal availability of blooms/products.

Regional/Public Holidays - please note that due to Public and Regional holidays occuring in different states and towns on different days, we can not guarantee deliveries on these days due to florist closures.

Coupons - Coupons are not redeemable for cash and must be used via the Internet. Coupons must be redeemed during check out as we are unable to issue refunds for orders that have already undergone the check out process. Coupons only available while stocks last and are not valid in conjunction with any other special offer, vouchers or discount. The Flower Company's terms and conditions still apply.
